I use an integrative approach, working with the therapeutic relationship based on infant development and attachment theories, Object Relations, TransactionaL Analysis, Self Psychology and Intersubjectivity Theory. I may also introduce creative tools such as clay, paints and bodywork.

SCARBOROUGHMy practice in Scarborough is run from the Scarborough Psychotherapy Training Institute, 117 Columbus Ravine. There are plenty of parking spaces in the streets around the Institute.
Directions: With your back to the Station, head north down Northway. Pass 2 roundabouts and continue until you come to the next crossroads with the Baptist Church on your left. Number 117, also known as Vere House,is on the right hand side and has a blue door. At the appointed time, ring the bell and wait for me to come to you.
HOVINGHAMHovingham is located in the beautiful setting of the Howardian Hills and lies equidistant 8 miles between Helmsley, Easingwold and Malton.York is only half an hour away. KREATHERAPY is located above the Deli on Park Street and the Deli has a wide orange of eco products and organic foods as well as a thriving cafe.Access to the therapy room is via a door on the side of the building. There is ample street parking.
