Counselling - as a short term solution to unburdening yourself and/or uncovering the options to solve a crisis in the present

Psychotherapy - over a longer period as a means to dealing with past trauma or early life decisions in order to bring about personal change and the writing of a new "script".

Group Psychotherapy – nurturing and potent, sharing and challenging, acceptance, recognition and validation of your Self

Supervision - Group or individual supervision: for trainee psychotherapists and counsellors, social care workers, teachers, youth workers, voluntary sector, members of the police force or fire service

Themed Workshops for trainees and social care professionals – deepen your understanding of different personality styles, personality disorders, different psychotherapeutic modalities, etc. A little theory, some supervision and plenty of discussion. Monthly and on a Sunday,from 10am - 4pm, including a light lunch £40 per person

Made to Measure Workshops for Organisations - half or full day workshops specifically and individually designed for target group (max 20 participants), experiential, handouts with references for further reading, attendance certificates. Half-day £300; Full-day £500)

Agency work: - Employers Assistance Programmes, and Insurance Companies: For assessments and brief focussed therapy (Fees: £45-£80)

SCARBOROUGH
Kreatherapy is part of the Yorkshire Coast Enterprise Centre. It is located on Auberough Street and there is free parking in front of the Centre as well as behind the Scarborough Arms opposite.
Directions: With your back to the Station, head north and then take an immediate right down Victoria Road. This then becomes Castle Road. You will come to a roundabout; cross over and Auberough Street is the second on your right and the Centre is just on your left. You may park at the Centre if there is room and sign in your registration number at reception, or there is a large paying car park opposite.

HOVINGHAM
Hovingham is located in the beautiful setting of the Howardian Hills and lies equidistant 8 miles between Helmsley, Easingwold and Malton.York is only half an hour away. KREATHERAPY is located above the Deli on Park Street and the Deli has a wide orange of eco products and organic foods as well as a thriving cafe.Access to the therapy room is via a door on the side of the building. There is ample street parking.
